Graduations, Father's Day, Labour Day and Independence Day all work the same way — same truck, same packages, we just put the right name on the cake.
The Office Chow-Down

Seasonal & more
Summer's a little different.
Bahamian crawfish season runs 1 August to 31 March. From 1 April to 31 July, lobster's off the menu — The Big Chow becomes The Big Chow: Fish Fry instead, fried whole snapper and cracked grouper fingers standing in for the lobster tier. It's $200 cheaper, not a consolation prize.

The Birthday Club
Everybody's birthday. One visit.
Once a month Lil' Shiny pulls up outside the building and celebrates everyone with a birthday that month, all at once. One visit, everybody fed, nobody forgotten, nobody in the office organising it.

We feed the birthday people, everyone else buys from the truck at menu prices.

How booking works
Four steps, no stress.
Tell us the date
Date, address, rough headcount, whether you want alcohol; we reply the same day.
Hold it with a deposit
Half up front books the date, balance due two days before.
Lock the menu
A week out we confirm menu, cake design, and the name on it.
We pull up
We arrive an hour early, set up, serve, sing, and leave the spot cleaner than we found it.

The fine print
- All prices in Bahamian dollars, plus 10% VAT.
- A 15% service charge is added to every invoice.
- Every package has its own guest minimum (see above), billed whether or not everyone turns up.
- Lobster is only available in the Bahamian crawfish season, 1 August to 31 March. Outside it we serve snapper or grouper.
- Final headcount locks 3 days before and can go up, not down.
- Deposits are non-refundable; cancel more than 7 days out and we'll move you to another date for free.
- We need a level spot roughly 25 ft × 12 ft plus somewhere to park the tow vehicle.
- Rain doesn't cancel us — we serve from the truck, but you'll want covered space for guests.
- If a named storm watch or warning covers New Providence within 48 hours of your event, we'll reschedule you once at no charge.
- Public spaces may need a permit; tell us where and we'll sort it out with you.
